NEW YORK - FashionTV has all your highlights from Mercedes-Benz New York Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2013 featuring shows like BCBG Max Azria, Ralph Lauren, Custo Barcelona, Tommy Hilfiger, Oscar de la Renta, Marc Jacobs, Betsey Johnson, Rodarte, Diane von Furstenberg, Michael Kors, Herve Leger by Max Azria, Alexander Wang, Yigal Azrouel, Belstaff, Carolina Herrera, Prabal Gurung, Falguni & Shane Peacock, Thakoon, and Donna Karan. Celebrities and models like Sarah Jessica Parker, Hofit Golan, Paris Hilton and Karlie Kloss made the rounds.

BCBG Max Azria's leather and lace proves that Fall fabrics can be popular for Spring. Ralph Lauren went to Spain for his Spring 2013 show, but kept the All-American sportswear vibe intact.
Custo Barcelona's madcap prints wowed again. Tommy Hilfiger's women's collection had stripes combined with nautical and outdoorsy themes. Oscar de la Renta still targets the ladies who lunch, but with an edgier and younger feel. Marc by Marc Jacobs took a trip back to his 80s and 90s design roots. Rodarte designed an intriguing collection for the modern medieval woman. Diane von Furstenberg had her usual colorful optimism, but added some interesting Google Glass technology to the mix. Betsey Johnson celebrated with a loud and colorful 70th birthday bash complete with Cyndi Lauper in tow. Michael Kors came with bold colors and stripes. The Herve Leger by Max Azria collection featured bandage dresses based on Helmut Newton photography. Alexander Wang showcased boxy, futuristic street and a glow-in-the-dark finale. Understated femininity meets nature's architecture with themes of ice, quartz, and cactus at Yigal Azrouel. Belstaff designer Martin Cooper recreated his archives for the runway show at New York Fashion Week. Carolina Herrera had her signature gowns but with a lighter, airy feel and desert colors like yellow and burnt orange. Marc Jacobs was inspired by Edie Sedgewick and the graphic 60s for his self-named Spring 2013 line. Prabal Gurung focused on the digital prints he does best. Thakoon focused on a bird motif. Falguni and Shane Peacock was showstopping, risky, sexy, and futuristic as always. Donna Karan's "Sunrise, Sunset" collection was moody dusk and dawn.
